1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing booomkeys.com (the "Site") or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All products are digital goods — keyboard sound packs (WAV files) and, where applicable, license keys.
  • All prices are listed in USD and may be changed at any time without prior notice. Prices shown at checkout are final.
  • While we make every effort to display products accurately, screen and audio hardware variations may cause minor differences.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, modify product listings, or discontinue products at any time.

3. Payment & Merchant of Record

Payments are processed securely by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for all transactions on this Site. This means:

  • Paddle is the seller of record and handles payment processing, applicable taxes, and billing on our behalf.
  • Charges appear on your statement under Paddle or a Paddle entity.
  • By placing an order, you authorize the charge for the order total, including any applicable taxes.
  • We never receive or store your full payment credentials.

4. Delivery of Digital Products

  • Digital products are delivered automatically and instantly upon payment confirmation.
  • Delivery occurs via the order confirmation screen, your order history, and a delivery email to the address provided at checkout.
  • Download links remain valid for 30 days with up to 5 downloads; expired links may be reissued on request.
  • There is no physical shipping for any product sold on this Site.

5. License & Usage Rights

Purchase of a sound pack grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the purchased sounds, subject to the following:

  • Permitted: use in your own content — streams, videos, podcasts, client projects, games, and personal use.
  • Permitted: commercial use in projects where the sounds are incorporated into a larger work.
  • Prohibited: reselling, sharing, redistributing, or sub-licensing the raw WAV files, in whole or in part.
  • Prohibited: using the sounds in a way that implies endorsement by BooomKeys.
  • License keys are single-use and tied to your purchase; they cannot be transferred or reissued if lost.

6. Refunds

Digital goods are non-refundable except in the case of defective or corrupted files. All refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, and any approved refund is issued through Paddle to the original payment method.

7. User Conduct

  • You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • You agree not to attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the Site or its security.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate order and contact information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including logos, branding, text, graphics, and the sound packs themselves — is the intellectual property of BooomKeys or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. No content may be reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BooomKeys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, China.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
