Delivery Policy

1. Digital-Only Store

BooomKeys sells digital products exclusively — keyboard sound packs delivered as WAV files. There is no physical shipping, so there are no shipping fees, no customs duties, and no delivery delays, anywhere in the world.

2. How Delivery Works

Upon payment confirmation, delivery is fully automated and instant. Your files are delivered in three ways:

  • Order confirmation screen — shown immediately after checkout.
  • Order history — accessible at any time from your profile.
  • Delivery email — sent to the address provided at checkout.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery is instant — typically within seconds of payment confirmation. In rare cases where payment verification is delayed, delivery occurs automatically once the payment clears.

4. Download Access

  • Each download link is valid for 30 days from issuance.
  • Each link allows up to 5 downloads.
  • If your link expires or you exceed the limit, email support with your order number and we'll reissue it free of charge.

5. License Keys

Products sold with a license key deliver one key per unit purchased, generated at the moment of payment confirmation. Keys are shown on the order page and in the delivery email. Back up your key — license keys cannot be reissued if lost.

6. Undelivered Email

If you don't receive the delivery email, first check your spam and promotions folders, then confirm the email address on your order. Your files are always available in your order history. For further help, contact support@booomkeys.com.
